No longer has tellers. Only ATM machines. Doesn't take coins, only 10's, 20's, 100's. Need 2 banks now to take care of my business. No longer a BUSINESS bank. Everyone who was so helpful are no longer around who knew me by my name/business. Not sure who's idea this was?

5 stars ? Yes So rare to see a bank have a 5 star rating. I have been so very unhappy and frustrated with my financial institution for along time, last month after several attempts to speak to a live person I had it. I thought I would check out the 5 star First Bank. I called to schedule appointment expecting to get automated something, A real live person answered my call, "Hi this is Gloria how can I help you? " Gloria did help me, continues to help me. So much more Honestly really did have me at hello 😊
Friendly, courteous staff, always ready to help. Definitely the best bank ever
