I have never worked with a bank that has kinder, more helpful and more attentive people than this particular branch of First Bank. My elderly parents were clients and were always so well treated by everyone at the bank. When my father died, everyone at the bank was so kind. But perhaps even more importantly, they helped so efficiently and effectively at getting things organized for my mother and revising account names and holdings, etc. as well as notarizing various documents that we needed to submit. I brought my family to this bank when they came to visit me because I thought this was the first bank ever, hence the name. FALSE ADVERTISING. They were amazed to be going to such a historical monument but when we went in there, the teller made me look like an idiot by saying it wasn't the first bank ever.
