This is my first bank, and I had to cash in a check and a card from them
First Bank at Goldenwest and Warner is the best. Family owned bank with the best customer service! Everyone is so nice!
Kirsten was such a delight... She was courteous, professional and just overall very kind and understanding. I highly recommend her when you open an account with them.
I recently opened an account here and I have to say this bank has the most amazing customer service. I in error wrote a check off the wrong account that couldn't cover the check and the bank actually called me to let me know. I was immediately able to make a quick transfer and the bank gal confirmed we were cool and she took care of the rest. Happy to be part of the fam..
