Bank is ok, Manager is great, Staff friendly, don't like they have no Zelle account and you have to deal with a person from back east through a computer.
I’ve had a great experience with First Bank. The staff is polite, helpful, and they really make banking stress-free. The branch is always clean and welcoming, and I never have to wait too long. Their online banking works smoothly too. A solid and reliable bank!
Not a big fan of the bank after my experience with their merchant, so I closed my accounts down. But the branch manager and employees here are truly a class act team. They addressed my concern and cared for my concerns. Maybe Someday ill have. a different experience using them for personal banking.
Not a good experience. Bank ispermanently closed. People should know. Drove here and was very disappointed
As a long time multi generational customer. I have a large deposit monthly business. I do not like and are very close to transferring my business to another bank. First Bank has shifted their business practice too. Video first, no customer service model. I bank at First Bank for the Customer Service. I went today to make my Monthly Deposit and the 1 teller that is available. Was not. The Manager told me he wanted more than 1 teller. That teller was at lunch.
