All the reviews are true and I regret not reading them before booking. Female dentist was 30mins late to work but gave no apology, chit chat with her assistant in Chinese the whole time whole never once explaining to me what is happening, overcharged my insurance, and they used a filling material that contains Mercury. Of course I only found out from another dentist who was shocked to see because it is rarely used in the modern days.
Had my tooth pulled out here and it was quite painful because I was not given enough anaesthesia. My parents have had good experience by unfortunately I have not ☹️
Dentist was not professional. Equitments are old and doesnt look clean. Mother in law went to remove the teeth. The root was not completely removed and left in site. she found out few days later. Rescheduled appointment and went again twice. Receptionist said dentist not available at the agreed time. Too bad she didn't check out reviews before going.
this has been my dentist place for many years now for a decade and as someone who speaks cantonese, they talk badly about you while doing their job and once i had waited an hour waiting for my clean up because they were late.
