Don’t waste your money!! Service has gone down tremendously! They charge extra to wipe down inside of vehicle and windows.
First I want to say that this has been my favorite car wash for 45 years. I purchased 3 Books earlier in the year. Gold, Platinum and Platinum plus. All included interior cleaning and windows. they have changed their policy and are no longer honoring the interior cleaning and are charging $15.00 more for this service. This is unacceptable. In my opinion all previously sold books should have been honored. Needless to say I will never purchase from or patronize this business again.
Went to First Avenue car wash today. I bought books a year ago for the silver car wash which included getting my car washed and detailed on the inside. I just went there with my coupon book for what I bought and now they're telling me it's an extra $15 to wipe down the windows and the car. This is not ethical. There's other places to go. DO NOT GO HERE. Will Not Be Back!!!!!!!

First time there, didn't know where to go, so I go in to ask, was also interested in detailing. front desk not helpful, seemed bothered. First impression can be everything, especially for a business. No reason to go back.

First time I have ever been there. They did an excellent job for the price. No they didn’t break out the Qtips and clean every crack and crevice but you get what you pay for. Next time I want my car detailed .... I will pay more for Qtips....I personally think they did a great job
