This company really takes care of their properties. I am a restoration and preservation contractor, and I can attest to their diligence.
The new management team is great they have not only been improving the property but also over all service to its tenants!
The new ownership team is making changes! The exterior has a lot more charm with new light fixtures, video doorbells and the back parking lot is fully enclosed. The staircases are all also being replaced. The property is becoming quite attractive. More importantly, the property management team is addressing all resident related concerns. This is definitely a complex worth considering. Side note: great coffee and breakfast burritos across the street at Cafe on 1st.
Such a great location! 1st Avenue apartments are beautiful, well kept and so close to the 1st Ave. Cafe and downtown.
