I love the neighborhood and I think the apartments are nice considering the age of the buildings. However, I would not recommend living here. There is no central air conditioning. A window A.C. is provided but is not efficient at cooling the apartment in the summer months. The windows are single-pane which doesn’t help. My apartment is often 90 degrees inside even with the A.C. on.
Wonderful historic apartments in a beautiful neighborhood.
I am very impressed with what the new owner has done here. The first thing he did was to take care of all the maintenance issues that have been neglected for such a long time. I'm sure the new owner must have spent thousands of dollars. So many things finally got fixed! It's nice to know that the new owner is actually taking some pride in in the property and not just concerned about collecting rent. Bailey, the maintenance guy, is awesome too. Thanks Bailey!
