I ordered flowers from the website for a funeral. I noted special instructions to deliver before 9:00am on the day of the funeral. No flowers were delivered. I ordered the flowers two days in advance and received confirmation of my order but the flowers were not delivered. There are no do overs!! I have not been able to reach them by phone either. I will not recommend them or use them ever again. Unsatified customer!
