Excellent doctor. Friendly secretary. Wheelchair friendly. Nice waiting room.
I am extremely happy with everyone that works there. They are all competent and professional. The new patient restroom is such a huge improvement over the old broom closet/bathroom conversion that was available prior. The waiting room is spacious, clean and in excellent condition. The exam rooms are sterile and have informative posts and/or medical posters. The wait time is always minimal and sometimes non-existant. Always doing their best to get your issues taken care of as soon as possible.. a wait is expected due to the governments poor handling of the Healthcare system funding and all around support.. Dr. Carter & his wife Daria are great Drs and are always willing to work with you and what may be needed for you. Mikayla (receptionist) is also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They do their best.
Dr. Carter is one of the best GPs I've ever worked with in my life. I've had several and am chronically ill, so I spend more than my fair share with him. He is always empathetic, sympathetic and professional. He doesn't gaslight me, as several doctors had in the past. He is knowledgeable and wise.
