Most worthless doctor in St. Thomas. Impossible to get an appointment ever. On holiday half the time. And when you try to make an appointment they just tell you to go to the walk in or ER
Excellent doctor. Friendly secretary. Wheelchair friendly. Nice waiting room.
I am extremely happy with everyone that works there. They are all competent and professional. The new patient restroom is such a huge improvement over the old broom closet/bathroom conversion that was available prior. The waiting room is spacious, clean and in excellent condition. The exam rooms are sterile and have informative posts and/or medical posters. The wait time is always minimal and sometimes non-existant. Always doing their best to get your issues taken care of as soon as possible.. a wait is expected due to the governments poor handling of the Healthcare system funding and all around support.. Dr. Carter & his wife Daria are great Drs and are always willing to work with you and what may be needed for you. Mikayla (receptionist) is also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They do their best.
