Spoke to the owner on Wednesday stating I would make the drive on Friday. Drive 1.5 hours one way, and he was not there. The mechanic was ok but didn't have a dealer plate. I was assured I could test drive before buying. I had an appointment for 1 pm and I waited until 2, he didn't show. Took day off work and wasted 3 hrs of my day. Terrible customer service and accountability. Shady little hole in the wall.
Today, I texted First Auto Group to buy a car, and I had a terrible experience with their customer service. If you're thinking about getting a car, I recommend finding a dealership where the staff is willing to help you and answer your questions without judging you for being a “younger guy” or being sarcastic. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered!
I had wonderful experience purchasing a car from First Auto Group. I love driving, but never being a fan with anything surrounding it. And I don’t mean just traffic and maintenance but purchasing the car as well. Car dealers attitudes are well recorded and had been notorious ever since the invention of the car.
