It's my go-to place for used cars Angelo always gives me straight up answers for the cars of interest. Test drive, inspection, certification never had a problem.
If I could go any lower I would. This place seriously deserves ZERO stars. The older bald gentleman has no customer service skills. Talking to my father and I in a condescending manner and brushing off our questions. The cars have no information nor pricing attached to it very hard to navigate on your own. Overall this was a horrible experience.
We traveled over an hour to get to the dealership, only to find no sales person. When I called the number the person who answered the phone was very abrupt and told me to go around the back and speak to a mechanic who was very pleasant. HOWEVER the car that we looked at was not the car that was advertised. It was dirty and should not have been offered for sale!
I bought two cars from them.First car / Honda/ lasted many years without any problems, a few weeks back I bought a Dodge Caravan van. Very nice, clean car, works great. Excellent service overall!
