I have never had a worse experience with a business. I certainly wouldn’t expect this from a bank. Everything within their systems is so backward and poorly developed and when I’m forced to call to get one of their errors fixed, they act like it’s normal to have an app with functions that don’t work, or that there’s no way for them to reverse a payment that they took for a loan that doesn’t exist, etc., etc. Everything I tried to do with them had some extra level of complication.
I would never recommend FAFCU. I used them for a car loan, which was paid off in September 2024. I received the balance letter showing that I owed $0 dollars as I ended up leasing a new car, so the dealership bought the car out and sent FAFCU a check for the remaining balance. They CONTINUE to take out my previous loan payment amount for the last two month despite this loan being paid off. I called them in October and they said this is on my bank's end. Once u put a review up u will get a call from management that lies
Only bank I know that limits transfers to $2000 a day, 5000 in a month. Not staying with this credit union.
