I am an employee and I love the facility i work at love my residents and the staff..but to find out that just before the holiday we will no longer be getting on demand pay for people who depend on it an now we will b paid every 2 weeks with no other alternative offered by the company is kind of ignorant..I think these corporations forget the little people that the only reason they are in business depends on they offer pizza for working short staffed but expect the same quality of work accompanying the low level workers not a... read more
