Very and polite fast service
They forced us to see an orthopedic doctor, the orthopedic doctor was from a different clinic. This doctor treated us terribly. He talked to us like we were dirty, was passive aggressive, told us he wasn't going to help in anyway, and told my fiancé he was imagining his pain. The x-rays showed a unhealed 3 month old fracture as well as a chip in the bone and a bone spur. After saying this he told him the pain was in his head. Went in for extremely bad tooth pain before I see my dentist Jan 7th. Did nothing for me waited three hours for nothing. Told her I done almost took a whole bottle of Tylenol and still she said she couldn't help with anything. Basically wants me to go in there ripping my face apart to get any type of good help from there.
They are leaving people untreated. Also there are no Doctors in the office but 1 time a month what they told me. Most of the female there are a liability to Ballad Health Company. Which they are about to be having a huge civil suit. As they can not leave patients untreated. If you are a victim of this seek help. You can record your room ask its your privacy. But not others in the office.
Arrived on a Sunday afternoon very ill and barely able to sit up. My entire time there was less than an hour and left there still sick but with medicine given to me there and with a RX that has allowed me to rest and start to mend. I would recommend, the staff was great and I was treated by Lisa Kirk NP . First time there and would go back.
