This office seems to care alot more about co-pays than helping their patients. I don't understand why it so hard to get antibiotics on the first visit instead of making the patient suffer and then have to come back pay another Co pay, risk catching covid for antibiotics. I literally have to threaten bad publicity or tell them I'm not leaving until they write antibiotics. 3 weeks ago my niece went to their office very congested, high temp, 2 ear infections.
