This office seems to care alot more about co-pays than helping their patients. I don't understand why it so hard to get antibiotics on the first visit instead of making the patient suffer and then have to come back pay another Co pay, risk catching covid for antibiotics. I literally have to threaten bad publicity or tell them I'm not leaving until they write antibiotics. 3 weeks ago my niece went to their office very congested, high temp, 2 ear infections. I waited 3 and half hours to be seen in regards to my foot. They gave me no answers, ideas of what they thought was wrong, true recommendations besides RICE and told me to wait for radiology to look at it. Have not heard anything from them since.
long wait times, rude nurses and the doctors don't even listen to your symptoms. not to mention youll probably have to check yourself into woodridge after hearing the lorax menu over and over

RecommendedBeing treated now. Wait to see the Dr wasn’t long. The Girl at the check in, slouched down in her chair, very rude. Honestly doesn’t need to be dealing with the public.
i went for extreme pain in my left wrist/hand. they told me i had tendentious, but my insurance wont pay for a brace anyway, so she said "i'm going to just write it off as a sprain." not very happy
