As a first time home buyer, I was put at ease with how professional & thorough Jason and Kyle were with our home inspection. Nothing was left unchecked, the pictures provided with everything in question was reassuring. Even the minor discrepancies were notated and utilized. Furthermore zero issues with the documents provided, which made home insurance shopping / closing much easier. Thank you Jason & Kyle!

I was looking at a home in Fort Pierce and I thank my lucky stars I chose to call Jason at First and Goal Home Inspections. He took his time with me over the phone and clued me into the current (and missing!) permits on the house. His knowledge saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars and years of agony trying to chase and correct unpermitted work. Very honest, knowledgeable, and likeable guy! Thanks, Jason!

We've bought 6 homes. These guys were by far the best inspectors. They were easy to communicate with and met an extremely tight schedule. They found important electrical and plumbing issues with a new-build. You'll get far more than your money's worth with them.
