Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this title company. They gave the wrong information to the county and my grant deed was sent to some random stranger with all personal info. The " stranger" reached out to me to let me know he had my deed. I called the title company and emailed them many times and they kept saying "we are working on it" which is a lie. Its been months with no response. They tried to blame the county and that is actually wrong it was the title companies fault. The county still doesnt show it has been f... read more
Not good at communicating or sending out commission checks. Placer Title and Old Republic provide much better service.
Worked with Denise Monkhouse to close my first home and she was beyond helpful, she stayed later than business hours just to make sure we closed on time. I'm grateful that she was assigned to us and would recommend her to others.
