Our closing coordinator Shonda was excellent, however the receptionist is absolutely awful. She is so rude! You're lucky to get her to answer the phone, and if you do, she is rude and bothered by having to do her job. After closing I called to inquire about a paperwork process, she told me the wrong answer just to get me off the phone. When I told her what I was told, then she decided to look into what I was asking. And now that I have another question she refuses to answer the phone. Very detailed and everything was simple on my closing day thanks to this office.
This place on little York COMPLETELY ruined my experience as a first time home buyer. We had a scheduled appointment for 11am which was set a week in advance, 3 hrs before the scheduled appointment the receptionist calls me to tell me I have to reschedule for the 26th. After we got that hiccup situated we were told our appointment time would be moved to 1pm. We get here at 1pm to have all of our paper work completely wrong.
