I had to use Jackie on a spur of the moment for a Notary Public during Covid. She was incredibly flexible and helpful for a service that is not necessarily at the top of her priority list! She made things extremely easy and safe for me and was very communicative and friendly when my newborn didn't cooperate with the timing of our excursion to run this errand! My first home buying experience was with Kari and she was fantastic and did a great job. We chose to sell a few years later and decided to use First American again because we enjoyed our first experience. However we cannot say the same this visit. We were stuck with Wanda Carlson. During the whole process she was slow at response and communication with our lender and our buyers lender. However, what really stuck out were the last two days.
