If you are buying a property and the seller wants to use this firm, don't. They only treat their own clients properly and will deliberately mislead you. I went to another firm to fix the issue they caused for homesteading. They communicated poorly throughout the entire process, were not friendly, and don't seem to care about repeat business. My family has purchased 15 properties over the past 7 years, we will never work with them again.
