if i could give 0 stars to this place i would just because they are awful! wouldn’t let me accept a over pay on my house it had to be an exact number and put me $$ behind because they wouldn’t work with me when i called to talk to them about what was going they had no clue what i was talking about as well
I went in to first american for a simple land contract, the amount of unprofessionalism and rudeness was astounding. They told me they have never done land contracts at their business, which I find laughable because I just closed on a land contract that they wrote for me one year ago (2021) If I could give zero stars I would.
Over half hour late to closing
Their customers services are below the zero, no knowledge at all and even they have hired un educated people who can not understand even the conversation and using slang language of Detroit Afro-American and very much unsatisfied and very un professional people this was my 10th. Unsuccessful attempt and i moved to the Chicago Title Co and the handled my closing very professionally, so quick and kindly, I'm glad to hired them.
