They were hacked right before our closing. They said they had a system outage, but I looked online and found the real problem. They offered a small discount, which didn't come close to coving the interest we were paying on our new house that we had already purchased. No mention of credit protection. This caused our closing to be in jeopardy. Luckily we closed a week later, but it was very stressful, literally the last business afternoon of the calendar year, and this isn't the end of the story.
