Great place fast quick
I have been a licensed agent for almost 20 years, my experience with this title co is one of the worse I have ever had. From the moment that title was opened the escrow officer with this title co went out of her way to make it difficult. This was a simple cash close, for an investment property. It is clear this escrow officer had zero clues what she was doing. First I mentioned her fee's were higher than other title co and she said "Oh no our fees are set and regulated per TDI" Which is a lie, SOME fee's are negotiable. Then... read more
