We were greeted at the door by Carter. He offered us refreshments, then led us to a large, well appointed and comfortable conference room. Carter explained the meaning and intent of each item in the documents. He was very knowledgable and was able to readily answer our questions. We have worked through many closings and this one went as smoothly as could be imagined. The proceeds of the sale were transferred to our bank by wire within a few hours.
Had a great experience with the team. Spoke with a few folks through the process and everyone was great. Signing was as painless as it could be. Would recommend.
