Abysmal service. They botched names on documents, delaying the signing by over 5 hours. After this delay, it was noted that they had an incorrect name on the deed, which resulted in additional closing delays. First American Title did not communicate well with the Remote Online Notary (RON). They disbursed funds incorrectly, leading to a 4 day delay in receipt of proceeds. They lacked communication and empathy throughout this entire process. I hope they can learn from this and do better for the next client.
A great team! Leading up to our closing they kept us well informed. Day of closing we were nervous and they made us feel comfortable and confident. We had an amazing closing. Definitely recommend!
