We just closed escrow with First American Title Company in Corona, and I feel compelled to share our experience. Our escrow officer, Delilah Vasquez, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and combative throughout the process—particularly with the buyer’s lender. The only issue seemed to be that the buyer chose his own lender instead of using the builder’s “preferred” lender. Horrific experience... run! Between the chaos of the ever changing escrow teams through out the 3 month escrow, to the lack of communication to the referring brokerage, to the attitude of the staff, I am dumbfounded that they are still in business. It literally felt like it was intentional to shake the referring brokerage from claiming and or getting their due referral fee. My fist 1 star review I have ever published. Shame shame. Embarrassing, honestly.
Very poor service. Took forever to answer, and Chrissy Massenzo was very rude, took forever to answer the phone, and I had to call three times. The way that she answered me was arrogant and rude towards me. Please, if you can avoid this company, please do. I don’t have a choice because they work with KB Homes.
