I went here to close on my house. There was a nice older gentleman who delivered the paperwork file to me and my realtor. I had talked to an older lady at the start of the day to make sure the money wire was transferred. She confirmed it but they had a slight mess up on paperwork since one signature had my middle name and another didn’t.
