First American does not know how to spell legal names correctly as it took them four time to get it right. They also had the same issue with issuing our closing check as our bank would not cash it either. Sheree Van Natta will not take responsibility for all the errors and keep blaming her assistances. Apparently she not responsible for her staff. We will never use them again. Seller beware, this is not a company I would recommend, especially if you do a lot of transactions.
