I visited the branch on 11/20/25 to make a deposit, and my interaction with an employee named Melinda was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, Melinda was rude and unprofessional. She did not introduce herself until I specifically asked for her name. Throughout the interaction, she argued with me without cause and showed a dismissive attitude toward my questions.
