I used their service 2 years ago. At the time, everything went through well. However, a couple months ago I learned that they credited the property tax to the previous owner and didn't disclose that information at the time. Because of not disclosing that information, I paid my property tax again and spent so much time digging through where that money went. When I asked them to provide me with a proof of property tax payment, then they said it was credited to the previous owner. I wouldn't recommend their service.
The process was very easy and there was a very open dialogue all the time. Everything went smoothly and escrow closed on time without any complications.
Really prompt responses and clear communications. Made our closing a breeze.
The staff is amazing! Personal service. Locals taking care of locals! Can't beat this. Leslie, Rebecca, Mijael helped me and they emailed me back at all hours. I was traveling and they made this as easy as it can be. You do not need a lawyer or a realtor. You just need them!!!
