I've been trying to get a single document from the title team for over a week with no response and finally got a one word answer with no attachment... I called 9 different numbers for the last 4 business days and no one is returning my calls about our escrow. Apparently our transaction closed last week and I wasn't even notified. This is hands down the worst title/escrow team I've ever dealt with. Stay away!
They are extremely unprofessional. First we arrived but the agent was very indifferent and didn’t even ask whether we have any business here, just let us sit and wait. 20 minutes later of the scheduled time. We got a number of the designed agent and called him. He said it’s not today but the day after tomorrow. In the end, it’s their mistake to get the date wrong. We are still waiting here, no further actions from their side. Worst experience for me.
The new build department for escrow is unorganized, lacks communication, nonresponsive. Buyers settlement statement is wrong figures and Lastly they also mailed my commission check to my clients. I guess when they don't rely on building relationships for new escrow accounts all the above mentioned is secondary for them.
