All of the other escrow companies I've worked with went out of their way to get the transaction closed. This office created delays that ended up costing thousands of dollars. I've heard the company is good, but I'd never use this office again. I gave it 2 stars because the deal eventually closed, despite the roadblocks due to sloppy work from the escrow officier
First American Title is by far my preferred title company to work with and close deals. Kimberly Allen and her team are such a huge resource and so knowledgeable with what they do.
