I refinanced my house and the bank farmed out the title work to this company. They were unresponsive and had very poor communication during the refinance process. Then I saw my homeowner's insurance policy rate jump and found out that they had kept back the escrow money that was already paid in to cover the insurance so I was being forced to double pay on my policy.
