We filled out all the documents. Day before scheduled keys they call me to tell me to return to sign 1 more document. They failed to email or contact real estate agent about document they missed. No apology, consideration of time or understanding. In fact, Woman (old one) insisted it was NOT their fault. In Texas, all our paper work was through 1 person who came to our house & was successful. I had to drive an hour on my busy day for them. Poor business efficiency and communication.

I really wish all title companies were this good and responsive. I've bought several homes over the years and never had such a great response time from Stacy and her employees. They were always very pleasant and helpful and followed up with lenders and agents diligently to close early!
