The entire process was horrible and very unprofessional. We were asked to provide the same documents several times. At closing, we had to provide documents that we had previously provided and were not given a copy of the documents we signed and almost a week later we were asked to sign the closing disclosure again because they had made several mistakes. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I've been working with First American Mortgage Solutions for a few years now. They are a valued, trusted partner. No pressure but a lot of professionalism.
This is the hardest company to get a hold of. After a dozen phone calls and a very curt email with "senior customer service rep" Thinh Le, I won't be doing business with them. Absolutely horrendous.
They don't pay their appraiser vendors.
