The hours are for drive thru Not for lobby.
I’m just gonna give it 2 stars. All I needed to do is change my name. And I’ve had to come here three different time. The first time someone told me the wrong information over the phone. That was a waste of time coming. The next time whoever that lady that’s over that department wasn’t there. Come back again it’s the same thing. Customer service is horrible unless it’s the nice lady in the window. Something that want take but 5 minutes to do is taking me a year to get done. I’m going to the bank on 29. Worst bank ever! Or maybe it's just this branch! If it wasn't so difficult to move money and accounts we would have been gone. Never been treated the way I was here!
