My recent experience with Kyle at the Bloomingdale branch was extremely helpful. He took the time to reassure me that the bank would take care of the situation that I had with scammed. Also he transferred me to the fraud department where they proceeded to give me a list of next steps to take. Kyle handled all the necessary work I needed regarding my bank accounts. .
