I think I have for the most part Been treated very respectfully other than one time a few years ago. It was settled so I’m happy with First American. Sequita is the one I know best now and I cannot say enough about her sweet nature and she is always so helpful. God bless her! The other staff have been so wonderful too! Thank you
Horrible experience. Profiled ironically by two minority workers who failed to follow the bank policy. Will def escalate to corporate. Very condescending and abrasive. Extremely prejudice.
