I have never seen a group of people pass the buck and treat buying customers with such disregard ! As a realtor, I will make sure everyone I know stays away from Blue Jay landing in Needville Tx. It is a shame because the product they put out is really nice for the price. Maybe it is just this group in this neighborhood. Victoria and Mike both made promises and then took them back, just bad business. I hope to give First American ( in another neighborhood) i try again because, as I said, great product, bad people.
