Do not use this company they charged me for months on a system I could not use because it was not finalized. After months the technician came out and finished the setup then they tried to charge me for the months I didn’t use. They admitted on the phone that it was not finalized but later said it was my fault and that I had to pay. How would it be my error when I did not have to do anything on my end when the technician came to finalize. Make it make sense.
Koby came, well after business hours, to trouble shoot a problem with my keypad. As always, he resolved the issue almost immediately. And, as usual, he was kind and a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you!
