Using FAAC for years. They always manage to show up the day I call. Two complete new systems installed in my home in 2016 and 2017. (We have four zones; built 1988.) Professional, honest, clean. Two complete new Trane systems instslled this year. Now all four zones are new R410a Tranes installed and serviced by FAAC.

Posting this for my Aunt. She had a great experience getting a new HVAC unit. She had been dreading it for years (knew one day soon it would stop working) and a single call to First Air made her feel at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and had a new unit installed the following day. Office was great to work with too! We would highly recommend! Thank You First Air team for taking such good care of my Aunt!

I have used First Air as my AC service provider for a couple of years because I feel that they are trustworthy. My AC unit went out last week & it was time for a replacement. I spoke with Thomas over the phone several times as I was trying to determine which system was best for my home. Thomas was always available, patient & informative. I obtained a few quotes & found that First Air's pricing was very fair. With First Air, we feel like we have found a company that is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, with some other companies we have not had this type of experience. Our technician Emis was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing during and after the repair process in great detail. First Air is an exceptional company, excellent service, very professional and honest. They arrived when they said they would, He went right to work making the repairs to our thermostat "even when others said it couldn't be done" they did it! He examined my unit, tested the unit to make sure it worked and would work after he left. He took the time necessary to make the repairs and made sure it was done right.
