Using FAAC for years. They always manage to show up the day I call. Two complete new systems installed in my home in 2016 and 2017. (We have four zones; built 1988.) Professional, honest, clean. Two complete new Trane systems instslled this year. Now all four zones are new R410a Tranes installed and serviced by FAAC.
The quality of service that First Air has given to me from the first call to when the job was completed has been the best I have ever received from any company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She had been dreading it for years (knew one day soon it would stop working) and a single call to First Air made her feel at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and had a new unit installed the following day. Office was great to work with too! We would highly recommend! I have used First Air as my AC service provider for a couple of years because I feel that they are trustworthy. My AC unit went out last week & it was time for a replacement. With First Air, we feel like we have found a company that is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, with some other companies we have not had this type of experience. Our technician Emis was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing during and after the repair process in great detail.
