If i possibly had a chance for 0 star I would rate them 0. Horrible location and staff. Your staff needs to be educated. You can get a compliant from California Department of Health and Medical Board of California for such a behavior. My mom who is over 65 of age got in an accident down the block. She was feeling bad and feeling that her high blood pressure spiked since she has that problem, she was stressed with headache, etc. we entered the location to get checked immediately since it was 2 mins from accident location. The best urgent care I have visited. Professional care and support Highly recommended!
I had a very frustrating experience. I drove to two different pharmacy locations trying to pick up my medication, only to find out that the urgent care never sent the prescription. I was already in pain, and this just made everything worse. I completely wasted my time going back and forth with no results. In the end, I had to return to urgent care just to get the prescription on paper myself. Amazing attitude from staff, warm and welcoming. Quick in and out experience. I would definitely come back. Very clean and well organized.
This has been one of the best experiences at an urgent care. Wait time is short and the doctor and nurses are super friendly.
