The people that work here throw cigarettes on ground. Just watched a lady do it. She drives a dark colored suv. & They dump buckets of some kind of chemical & water in the street throughout the week. EPA says not to be doing it. They still dump it in the street. Some employees text & drive while leaving parking. You would think they wouldn’t text & drive.

August 10 transported 3.5 miles to VA Medical Center emergency room. Billed $838.00 other than checking vital signs nothing else was done. Billing dept cannot or will not explain over $200 a mile bill. This organization has found a way to take extreme advantage of people when they are at their worst. I have filed a grievance with the state and plan on letting everyone I know how these people operate.
