You are not going to find better customer service anywhere. This place takes care of you from the moment you place your first call. This guy is honest, dedicated and will work on your best interest. After leaving no stone unturned in my search for a good used car, I found a 'better then ever expected' fabulous used car at First Action Auto. It is a 2007 black Nissan Altima SL, complete with leather interior. It looks and acts like a brand new car, very pleasing to the eyes, and drives like a charm. The dealership owner was so kind as to bring it up to my hometown, Prescott, for my mechanic to give it a thorough checkup. The car was a really good price, and he didn't try to talk us into anything more expensive- he actually respected that we had a budget and intended to stick to it. Buying the car was fast and straight forward, and Alex always knew who we were when we called. When the air conditioner went out a few days after purchasing it, he fixed it for free and gave me a car to borrow in the interim. I would definitely buy from Alex again, and I had a great experience with First Action Auto.
