Excellent, experienced and warm. Firoozeh saved my hair (not once but twice because I think I can color and highlight my own hair HA!!) :) She did a fantastic job at correcting my color mistakes and then has continued to maintain color and highlights beautifully. I promised her I will never try to color my own hair again. I highly recommend her professionalism, responsiveness and skill with coloring, highlighting, ombre/balayage and even permanent brow color. A true gem in Upland! :)

I had the best experience with Firoozeh! She did an absolute amazing job on my balayage—the blend is seamless and the color is exactly what I wanted. On top of being incredibly talented, she is so pleasant and warm which makes the entire experience very relaxing. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back.
