Had an emergency service to fix a segment of falling flashing caused by strong wind. The communication between Lisa is fantastic and things get done soon at noon after the estimator Gino gave me the quote in the morning. Kudos to Firon roofing team.

We had rain coming in through a leak in the roof…at midnight on a Sunday. I called lots of places. Firon were the first to respond. Within a couple of hours they had put a tarp up. Then a few weeks later they replaced our roof. Quick, tidy, professional.
Amazing service! I called the company for an eavestrough related issue. The service technician Alphonse showed up on time, checked for the issue and resolved it within minutes. He said it was a simple fix and completed the task at no cost. HONEST AND AMAZING SERVICE!!
There is no worse feeling than being completely taken advantage of. I hired Firon Roofing after getting four quotes. They weren’t the cheapest, but I went with them because they’re one of the bigger, more well-known companies in Ottawa and I thought that meant I’d get honesty and good work.
