Firon Roofing office and production team operated in highly professional, dynamic and collaborative manner that impressed me. The production foreman was very helpful, who explained the process and any question or concern that I had. The team carefully and diligently clean-up and ran a magnet to collect nails from my yard. My roof looks great and I am thankful to the Firon Roofing team.
Definitely will only ever use Firon roofing to take care of my property in the future! Was a fantastic experience start to finish, from the care that the estimator made sure to think of every last detail, to the level of care that the clean up crew went through to make sure every last nail and piece of shingle was cleaned up out of my garden beds. After a big snow storm and high winds, we had a big length of aluminium come loose that was swinging dangerously in the wind. I sent a message to the Firon team who answered quickly, provided an estimate based on a photo and was there less than an hour later. They trudged through the deep snow and shovelled a path so they could bring a ladder through and fix the problem. They also looked around the house for any other issues. I had my roof and eavestrough done and got to day job well done. I was worried that they will not be able to do it before the first snow since they could only work if weather permitted but it was done in time.
