While I've nothing to add to the many complaints already levelled at Firm Management, I would like to feature Alan Dench Gibson, property manager to my former condo. Rather than describing him as condescending and negative, let me refer to one incident when he called me "dear." Since I am male, was this him being demeaning? Very unresponsive, unreachable by email or phone. Property manger will ignore you until you give up. Terrible strata Property Management Company. Simply the worst!
