everyone is polite and helpful. doctors really listen to you and attend to you needs and concerns. highly recommend.
I waited an hour. 45 minutes of that was in the back. There wasn’t a soul in sight after I was put it in the room. The lady who took my stats came in and asked me to move rooms, I obliged. They put someone else in there. The provider I was supposed to see went in there and saw them & was telling them, what sounded like was her life story. I have no idea when they showed up as I wasn’t put in a room til my appointment time, 10:45. I had to leave to pick up my child. I have never felt neglected here or felt like they don’t listen ... they do ! And when I lost my husband & was very depressed, and facing surgery, Dr. Brandon Smith Prayed for me.. I didn’t ask him to he asked me if he could .... and I know prayer works !!! Just need someone to believe for you
Been our PCP for years Mr. Brandon cares for his patients it may take awhile but well worth the wait to have excellent care. Highly recommend them for your medical care.
