Bill was super easy to work with and walked me through everything explaining reasoning behind all his notes, what he was, and was not concerned about. Also a good resource for solutions to said problems and who to contact.
I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and detail provided during my home inspection. Bill took a lot of extra time to explain what he was seeing and whether or not it was something to be concerned about depending on my personal tolerance levels. As a new home buyer, this was very helpful and I feel more confident with my purchase now that I know what to look for and pay attention to. I would definitely recommend him!
