I called to have a street light repaired as it is not working. I was told that we have to wait until 5 or 6 need repair. There are sidewalks that need to be fixed (ppl are breaking bones), pot holes everywhere, speed bumps that will wreck your vehicle and numerous other things. The maintenence is near none to nil. They charge a ridiculous amount of rent and we have to pay their taxes all while nothing is being done. They are making it impossible for ppl to sell their homes in here. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving whenever my parents raise concerns. The way issues are consistently ignored or mishandled is unacceptable. This level of neglect feels like slumlord behavior. If I could rate lower than one star, I would, but unfortunately that’s not possible.

This is the absolute worst company ever. I have the displeasure of having to live at one of their properties, just keep raising the rent and we nothing back.

You guys have no customer service, no manners, and no problem solvimg skills eveey time hace my parents' concerns. You guys are slum lords. I wish I give 0 stars, but I can't.

I don’t know how anyone who works for this corporation can sleep at night the way they treat people. No moral code or integrity exists within this corporation. They will take every dime they can from you (legally or illegally) but when they owe you money they won’t pay.
