You guys have no customer service, no manners, and no problem solvimg skills eveey time hace my parents' concerns. You guys are slum lords. I wish I give 0 stars, but I can't.
I don’t know how anyone who works for this corporation can sleep at night the way they treat people. No moral code or integrity exists within this corporation. They will take every dime they can from you (legally or illegally) but when they owe you money they won’t pay.
I recently viewed a mobile home unit for sale at Sunpark Bath Estates, it was a very nice unit, but to get to the home you first must navigate a crumbling pot hole filled driveway past decrepit abandoned units along the ruts and more pot holed filled road. And for $758 lease fee that's what you get. I feel so bad for the people who do look after their homes. SunPark should be investigated. The people living there are paying for services that are clearly not being provided.
Despite the many negative reviews, I want to share my recent experience with Firm Capital. I had previously communicated several concerns to the management team, and I’m pleased to report that they have assured me they are taking steps to mediate accountability and ensure the smooth operation of businesses within their properties. Their responsiveness has given me more reassurance and confidence that my 5-year lease with Firm Capital will be a positive one.
