Honestly, I wouldn't even give them a 1 star for Koons Tyson, but I have no choice. They are the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. We bought a 2023 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel and had problems from the 3rd week of owning it to the present. After 3 weeks, the check engine light came on with a "Low Oil Pressure" message. If I could leave negative stars I would!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I had to bring my car back 3 different times to have the air conditioning repaired and it's STILL broken. They keep charging me to repair a new broken part in the AC unit and I could have purchased a whole new unit by now. They keep your car for days to diagnose the issue and still no resolution!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

This dealership has been the worst experience I’ve had in 35 years of leasing new cars. I recently leased a brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from them. After just a few days of driving, I noticed a serious issue with the air conditioning—it doesn’t cool the car properly, even when it’s on full blast. I AM WITH EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, I HAVE A 2021 DODGE PROMASTER, THEY REPAIRED A CYLINDER HEAD GASKET SEVERAL MONTHS AGO FOR 6K AND NOW 7/2025 THE SAME PROBLEM HAS CAME BACK AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY 4K TO TEAR IT DOWN TO SEE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. THIS IS CRAZY. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO WARRANTY THE WORK. LONG SHARKS AT IT BEST.

har a quote to repair my truck and whe i piched up my truck the bill was $350 more than the written quote. the service writer megan lied to me about the price. how can you give a guote that you agree with and then get charged more when you pick up your truck . never again will i have work done at this place or buy a car there .they are crooks

Simply put this place sucks. They lie about what repairs are needed, staff is rude. Technician don’t know how to diagnose properly. Over all the worst place to take your vehicle.
